FLIR Electro-Optical Components (formerly Aerius Photonics) offers NIR laser illuminators based on FLIR EOC’s proprietary laser diode technology and achieves superior illumination quality for improved image quality with higher signal-to-noise ratios.

Our proprietary high power Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser (VCSEL) arrays provide uniform spatial illumination in a custom-defined illumination pattern with low speckle while delivering low weight, high efficiency, and high reliability.
