Last week at ISC West, FLIR launched the Tau 640 thermal core.  This is the smallest and most powerful core available. If you pull apart any of our latest high resolution cameras the Tau 640 is what you will find.  It is a 640x480 LWIR uncooled focal plane array (FPA) camera with a pixel size of 17 microns.  A great addition to the core family.
