FLIR Systems is an EO/IR partner to the United States Marine Corps in many of its missions around the world. We also have a connection that goes beyond the battlefield. FLIR is proud of its involvement in the 33rd Annual Marine Corps Marathon.

This year, we'll support the Marines’ running event, one of the largest in the country, by deploying ThermoVision® 3000 EO/IR technology along the course. Organizers can now record and video stream the race for spectators in real-time. These sensors also provide an extra layer of security support for event organizers and law enforcement. All this from the same extraordinary EO/IR technology Marines depend on for missions in Iraq and Afghanistan.
