Its features include polarization index measurement (PI), dielectric absorption ratio measurement (DAR), AC/DC voltage measurement up to 600 V, peak and relative functions, and a 1 min to 15 min timer function for IR measurements. Comes with test leads, eight C batteries, 120 V AC adaptor, heavy duty carrying case, and a user manual.
