Does the analog video format (NSTC, PAL) need to be specified when an order is placed for Quark2 or Tau2?

For Tau2 and Quark2 cameras, the video format is set to NTSC, however by using the FLIR Camera Control GUI (Graphical User Interface)  a customer can change the video to output PAL video and save this as a start-up state.

For legacy Photon cameras, the video format (NTSC or PAL) is set at the factory. The legacy Photon video format can be changed from the default setting temporarily, however the video state cannot be saved by the user and will revert back to the factory setting when the camera is power-cycled.
