What is the influence of the camera temperature on the pixel readings? Can this be corrected by a linear model?

Thermal cameras are unique in that they “see” the temperature of their own parts. The effect is not linear with camera temperature. FLIR's factory calibration corrects for these differences, however, when the camera temperature is changing rapidly this correction will be less effective.
