Where can I get a cable that fits the Quark2 Cable Adapter board?

The cable that mates to the Quark Cable Adapter board included in the Quark2 Starter Kit is SAMTEC part number SFSD-10-30-G-03.00-SR. Cables of various lengths are available from SAMTEC. FLIR does not stock these cables.
