Requesting for Service / Repairs?
To request an RMA for camera repair or calibration, please use our Contact Service page (login required) and follow the onscreen instructions. Once submitted, an automatic ticket will be issued, and a service representative will contact you regarding your request.
You can use the Contact Service page to request a new RMA or to request updates on an existing one.
Please note that from 30th September 2023, our US service center is relocating.
