FLIR ISC0404

InSb, 1K × 1K format, 18 micron pitch

The ISC0404 is a large-format ROIC with 18-micron pixel pitch. Designed for use with P-on-N InSb, InGaAs, and HCT detectors, this 1024 × 1024 array offers the same advanced feature set as all of our standard designs, including multiple output channels allowing data rates of up to 120 frames/sec for full frame operation and 2054 frames/sec for small window sizes. The charge capacity is >10 e6 electrons and the bias adjustment is 600mV.

Blackfly S Board Level

The FLIR Blackfly Board Level variants are high performance, machine vision, area scan cameras designed for embedding into tight spaces. Unlike many board level cameras, it boasts a rich feature set applied to the latest CMOS sensors; the same feature set as the cased version. It is ready for integration with proven compatibility with popular SBCs and SOMs. The Blackfly S board level models enable OEMs to develop smaller, lighter, and lower cost solutions with embedded system connectivity and rich features.

FLIR ISC0904

N on P Detectors, 1K × 1K format, 18 micron pitch

The ISC0904 is 1K × 1K format, 18-micron pixel pitch device. It is derived from the ISC0404 but designed for n-on-p detectors such as strained-layer superlattice devices or MCT. The 18 micron pixel pitch is identical and the user interface is similar. The ISC0904 has a well capacity of 11M electrons and can be operated in 4, 8 or 16 output mode. A frame of 120 Hz can be achieved for 1024 × 1024 pixels using the 16-output mode.

FLIR ISC0802

InSb, 1344 × 784 format, 14 micron pitch

The ISC0802 is a 1344 × 784 format, 14 micron pixel device designed for use with low reverse bias detectors such as InSb or MCT. This HD format ROIC can operate in 4, 8 or 16 output mode, achieving a 120Hz frame rate in 16-output mode. The ISC0802 supports windowing, adjustable integration time, integrate-while-read or integrate-then-read modes as well as adjustable bias and power settings.

Oryx 10GigE

The award winning Oryx 10GigE camera family allows systems designers to take advantage of the latest sensors by supporting transfer speeds up to 10Gbit/s enabling the capture of 4K resolution, 12-bit images at over 60FPS. Oryx’s 10GBASE-T interface is a proven and widely deployed standard that provides reliable image transfer at cable lengths over 50 meters on inexpensive CAT6A, or greater than 30 m on CAT5e. On-camera features including IEEE1588 clock synchronization and full compatibility with popular third-party software supporting GigE Vision, gives system designers the tools to quickly develop innovative solutions.

The ISC9802 is a 512 × 1 device for photodiodes. It is ideal for use in spectroscopy systems and DWDM channel monitors.

Ladybug3 FireWire

The high resolution Ladybug®3 spherical digital video camera system has six 2 MP cameras that enable the system to collect video from more than 80% of the full 360° sphere, and an IEEE-1394b (FireWire) interface with locking screw connection that allows JPEG-compressed 12 MP resolution images to be streamed to disk at 15 FPS.
