Extech ET28B è un rilevatore di tensione di dimensioni compatte che misura da 120 V a 480 V di corrente alternata e da 120 V a 240 V di corrente continua. È dotato di un indicatore di tensione al neon, un cavo di test integrato con cappucci di protezione rimovibili, un cavo lungo 73,6 cm e una custodia isolata. Comprende una garanzia di due anni.
