Are arc protection devices activated by the photo lamp?

Data from our measurements:  
     T- cameras :       Illuminance at 1m is 37 +/- 3 Lux 
     P640 cameras :  Illuminance at 1m is 25 +/- 3 Lux 

Illuminance at 0.3m distance is around 10 times more which is still below the limit < 1000 Lux.
