Some versions of Windows 7 do not include Windows Media Player.  
As a result a wmvcore.dll error will occur when you start FLIR VideoReport due to a missing shared component. 

The solution is to install Media Player for Windows 7 from Microsoft's website: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyId=31017ed3-166a-4c75-b90c-a6cef9b414c4 .
