In some cases if Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 is installed after the Reporter, the Reporter menus and toolbars might disappear. This is due to the way the Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 installation works.

To fix this make sure that you install Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 before you install the Reporter software.
