Passive Component LCR Meter
The Extech 380193 is a Passive Component LCR Meter which measures inductance, capacitance, and resistance, with secondary parameters of quality, disperation, or resistance. Set Hi/Lo limits using absolute values or percentage limits. Allows for automatic blown fuse indication.
