100MHz 2000V High Voltage Oscilloscope Probe
The Extech TL625 is a replacement 100 MHz High Voltage Oscilloscope Probe for the MS6000 series Oscilloscopes. It measures up to 10 Mohm input impedance, 17.5 pF capacitance, and 2000 V with a 15 pF to 35pF compensation range. Includes probe tip, 1.2 meter long cable, ground lead, and adjustment tool.
