Everything works just fine on my development computer but not as a stand alone. What do I need to do to get my executable to work on a computer that does not have LabVIEW or the toolkit installed?

You will need to redistribute the camera control component to make your executable run on another computer. On the ThermoVision SDK CD there is an installer for redistributing the camera control component "ThermoVision SDK Runtime.msi To redistribute LabVIEW programs please consult the LabVIEW manual on how to deploy.
