I - ANSWER

The password locks access to system's vital function. An incorrect manipulation of these parameters could result in troubles on your system.

A Message "Password required" appears on the screen when Cirrus software is executed too faster after the camera power up; In this case, close the Cirrus software, restart the camera and wait about 20 seconds before executing Cirrus software.

This message appears also after you click on "set-up parameters" or "upload new software to the camera" icons, like shown below.

II - UNLOCK

To unlock this protection you need to execute "Cirrus.reg" file that CEDIP will provide to you.

Operation is successful if this message appears.

Run Cirrus Win, both icons are unlocked.

After you have made your operations, you must lock Cirrus Win to forbidden incorrect manipulations in the future.

III - LOCK

To reverse protection you need to execute "Cirrus Secure password.reg" file that CEDIP will provide to you. Same message as before appears on screen when operation is successful.

Run Cirrus Win, both icons are locked again.

During these operations Cirrus Win must be closed.
