The "record one image" button does not work
Also - images take 8-10 seconds to get from the camera to Researcher
I have the optimal driver installed

Check the frame rate setting on the Camera Control in Researcher (Click "View > Camera Control" if the window is closed).  Make sure it is set to the highest rate, this should produce a real-time image.

If the record button is disabled, click "Recording > Conditions" and make sure the image directory is valid.
