If you send a report to someone that does not have Reporter 2000 installed they can use Thermacam Report Viewer to view and print the reports.

Another nice way to distribute reports is as PDF files. There are free PDF writers available, or you can purchase the Adobe Acrobat. The PDF creator appears as a Printer, and you simply Print the report selecting PDF.
