Is it not possible to relocate the window when smaller than 320x256? (SC4000 + Researcher)

When a framesize is chosen smaller than 320 x 256 pixels, it is not possible to choose the place of the new smaller window. It seems that the system places the new window in the hottest region of the original window (or in the central part of it?).

At very high frame-rates there is no temperature information any more:
Range: 500 – 2000 °C, maximum temperature object ~1300 °C

Pixels max. rate result
[f/s]
-----------------------------------------------------------------
320 x 256 382 okay
160 x 120 993 okay
80 x 60 1779 no temperature info(1)
64 x 8 2919 no temperature info(2)

1: shows a temperature > 2200 °C
2: shows a temperature < 200 °C

The camera model name SC4000
The communication protocol between the camera and PC : Ethernet, cable length 10 m.

This is due to a couple of limitations in the Researcher software.

Issue #1: Researcher does not allow you to move the location of the FPA window. It automatically centers it. It is not related to the hottest area.

Issue #2: In order to get temperature from the camera Researcher is reading some calibration data that is in the image header. Unfortunately, when you window down below 160x120 that data is truncated and the calibration is invalid. At the moment, there is no work around to this.
