Image Builder v5.0, Build 1233 (or later) is compatible with radiometric images from all current FLIR cameras. If images from your camera are rejected by Image Builder, please contact FLIR to discuss an update of the software in the camera. We know that for a short period, images from P640 were saved with wrong date in the file, this caused Image Builder to reject the file, this is corrected with camera application 3.6.0.17. or later.
