My installation key doesn't work. Why?

I have installed Reporter and uninstalled it. Now when I try to install it again, Reporter does not accept my license key. Why?    

When reinstalling Reporter, follow these steps through the Licensing Wizard

1. At the first screen click the next button to start the Licensing Wizard.

2. If the text "ThermaCAM Reporter 8.3 Professional" or "ThermaCAM Reporter 8.3" is shown like in the screenshot below, the license for FLIR Reporter 8.3 (Professional) is already active and you should NOT enter a License key. Just leave the license field empty and click Next to go to next screen. Only if "No valid license key" is shown, you have to enter your License key.

3. You are now finished with the Licensing Wizard and the installation of FLIR Reporter will continue. Click Finish to continue the installation!
