If a "Camera update failed" message occurs after the camera update has reached 95%, this is most likely due to the fact that the camera has lost its communication with the update server.

To make sure that the camera was correclty updated, check for updates again. If the dialog box says that the camera has the latest version then the camera update was successful. If you see any error message, then please contact FLIR Customer Support.
