On some Dell computers the cursor for "Precision Select" is not set to the default Cross cursor. This makes the cursor for the flying spot in the IR image to be wrong. The problem is caused by a program from Dell called AccessDirect.

To solve the problem, please uninstall AccessDirect or configure it to not start at Windows start up.
