The A3xx-series cameras have a web interface where on some pages the IR image should be displayed. 

When using a computer with Windows Vista, instead of the IR image the symbol for un-installed components is shown.
The reason is that early Vista version lacks the necessary components to install the ActiveX component

To solve this, please make sure that the computer has the latest Windows Vista update.
