Extech TL806

The Extech TL806 is a set of Double Insulated Alligator Clips for use with the model TL809 or TL810 test leads. Each clip has sharp teeth for piercing insulated wire, and their jaws open up to 20 mm (0.08 in). Complies with the IEC1010 standard.
