Extech TM55

The ExtechTM55 is a Pocket Fold-Up Food Thermometer. This compact stem thermometer with a 61 mm (2.4 in) stainless steel probe is NSF certified for measuring liquids, pastes, and semi-solid food. Measures -40°C to 250°C (-40°F to 482°F) with ± 0.5°C (1°F) accuracy. Complete with a built-in magnetized strip that can attach to refrigerators and a CR2032 battery.
