These crashes are due to the fact that an update of .NET Framework 4.0 is not installed on your system.
To install the update of .NET Framework 4.0, download and install the appropriate file from this URL:

Restart the system if asked to do so and then start FLIR Tools. If you still experience problems, please contact FLIR Customer Support.
