回路や配線の問題は、感電の危険を引き起こし、機械や装置の性能を損なう可能性があります。CT70 は、コンセントの負荷処理とコンセントのテスターとして機能する GFCI および AC 回路アナライザーです。AC負荷テスターの機能は、12、15、20Aで選択可能な負荷、負荷時および非負荷時のACライン電圧測定、電圧降下/ラインインピーダンスの計算、ピークライン電圧に対応しています。アウトレットテスターの機能には、ニュートラルからアースへの電圧、ホット、ニュートラル、およびアースインピーダンス、GFCIトリップ時間/トリップ電流、オープンまたはリバース配線などがあります。CT70 には、AC テスト・コード（標準の北米用 3ピン・プラグ）が付属しています。
