I cannot create a report in FLIR BuildIR. When clicking Create report, a dialog box with the text ??? appears.

What should I do?

If this happens, go to the Options menu, then click Languages. You will see that no language have been selected, and you will need to select a language and then click OK. (in this screenshot we have selected English).

Now click Create report to re-create the report.
