I cannot update FLIR Reporter using the web update tool. What do I do?

The update through the web update for FLIR Reporter using the "Check for updates" has been disabled for various reasons. 

The workaround is to manually download the latest version of FLIR Reporter from the downloads section on our support site. 
 

Download steps

  1. Go to Support Page.
  2. Go to the Downloads section.
  3. Click on Software.
  4. Log in with your account details or create an account.
  5. Select the Product category "Computer Software (Thermography)."
  6. Select Reporter.
  7. Choose the version you want to download.
  8. Download the zip file.
  9. Unzip the zip file after it is downloaded.
  10. Double click on the "FLIR Reporter.exe" installation file inside the unzipped folder and follow
  11. the on-screen instructions.
