My picture was taken at 11:15:10 but Researcher Basic SR1 shows 10:15:10. Time on my PC and camera is correctly set. What can I do to correct this?

You have to update a component in Researcher 2.8 SR1 to make it work correctly with the Timezone handling.

in the dropdown menu choose "OTHER" Download Image Explorer 99 (March 2007).zip (Free Software)
Unzip and install the software.

Now your Researcher 2.8 SR1 should have the new component and will work correctly.
