The FLIR Video program that comes on the QuickReport 1.1 CD only gives a black image with my camera.

The USB setting on the camera is "Network Disk"!

 

To get video stream via USB on the computer, you can use our FLIR IR CAMERA PLAYER software.

FLIR IR CAMERA PLAYER works with all FLIR Cameras that have the "USB Network disk mode"

Unzip the downloaded software and install it on your computer. Then run FLIR IR CAMERA PLAYER.
