An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in mscorlib.dll

I cannot load the file or assembly 'tc.net.dll' or one of its dependencies neither. The specified module can not be found.

How I can resolve this problem?

Please copy the SDK dlls into the same folder as your application executable, so the exe can find all the dlls. That is basically all the dlls from the bin folder in the SDK.
You may need to re-add the assembly reference, since visual studio will behave strangely about native assemblies sometimes.

Also check if the executable is compiled for 32-bit or 64-bit and the correct 32-bit or 64-bit dlls are in place. 

Native assemblies like the ones used in the SDK are a little more complicated than managed ones, but you can find more information about them on the MSDN if needed.
