FLIR GF346ガス検知用赤外線カメラは、工場の生産工程を中断することなく一酸化炭素(CO)とその他17種類のガスを検出します。一酸化炭素の排出は、製鉄の一次運転に対して大きな脅威となることがあります。通気管またはパイプにわずかな漏れがあるだけで、破壊的な影響をもたらす場合があるのです。FLIR GF346を使用すれば、点検者は大きなエリアを安全な距離からスキャンし、漏れをリアルタイムで発見し、修理に伴うダウンタイムを低減し、修理結果の検証を行うことができます。

GF346を使用すれば、産業プロセスを中断することなく広いエリアを素早くスキャンして一酸化炭素を確認できます。
高濃度の一酸化炭素は有毒なため、GF346で漏れの発生箇所を確認することで暴露のリスクを低減できます。
GF346は最高300℃までの温度を正確に測定できるため、施設の予防保全プログラムに対する堅実な追加策となります。
