Axxx 시리즈용 IP67 하우징(T912366)

FLIR A400/A500/A700 모델용 보호 하우징

The window, upgraded

A better window. The same part number.

The IP67 housings now ship with a chalcogenide-glass IR window—equivalent optics, the same hardened coating, and a supply chain you can schedule around.

Equivalent optics, verified

88–90% transmission across the 7–14 µm band, with radiometric accuracy unchanged. Confirmed in testing against the germanium reference window.

Stable as temperatures climb

A low thermo-optic coefficient keeps optical properties consistent—the same material class automotive thermal cameras qualify from -40°C to 85°C (-40°F to 185°F).

Hardened like before

The same AR + DLC diamond-like-carbon coating as the previous window, meeting MIL-spec abrasion, humidity, and salt-spray standards.

Supply you can plan on

Moves the window off constrained germanium supply—protecting availability and the delivery dates behind your camera order.

Beat the Heat

One housing platform. Ambient operation to 90°C.

Start with the housing alone, then add cooling jackets and blocks as conditions demand—the same camera keeps working as ambient climbs.

Extended Operation with Cooling

Ambient temperature  →  housing configuration (IP67 aluminum)

-20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F) Housing as-is No cooling accessories required
50°C to 55°C (122°F to 131°F) 1 cooling jacket Jacket fitted on one side
55°C to 60°C (131°F to 140°F) 1 jacket + air Air-fed jacket on one side
60°C to 70°C (140°F to 158°F) 2 jackets + air Air-fed jackets, both sides
70°C to 90°C (158°F to 194°F) 4 blocks + air Air-fed cooling on every side
