MSX® Image Enhancement

The FLIR TG268 and FLIR TG298 feature FLIR's unique Multi Spectral Dynamic Imaging (MSX), which adds key details from the onboard visible light camera to the entire infrared image in real time. The result: an all-in-one, undiluted thermal picture with visible light features that lets you instantly recognize where the problematic heat pattern is. MSX is real time so you can see its results immediately on the camera's display.

Super Resolution

FLIR TG-Series infrared cameras utilize Super Resolution technology to enhance image quality. Through Super Resolution, the native resolution of 160 × 120 effectively upscales the image to 320 × 240, delivering greater detail and improved sharpness. Super Resolution ensures clearer thermal images for more precise diagnostics. This advanced imaging capability helps users quickly identify issues, improve decision-making, and conduct more reliable thermal inspections.
