Our IT Department only allows us to use port 80 (http). All other ports are blocked. What ports needs to be activated to use:

- Researcher (MPEG4)
- IP Config
- IR Monitor

 

The recommended solution is to exclude the Flir software from the firewall.

Otherwise the ports needed are (at least):
67: T3Serv (DHCP)
445: T3Mon (SMB : Disk Mapping)
22136: Communication with the camera
22144 - 22244: UDP from camera
10000 - 10001: Media session

The following 3 ports need to be allowed through the firewall: 20200, 20201, 20202. The IT will have to open these port numbers. Then depending on the service the before mentioned ports should also be allowed.
