In some occasions Microsoft Office Word might complain with the error message. "Can't exit design mode...".

This is caused by a bug in Word that makes Word "think" that an IR Image that's been deleted still exists. To solve this problem do the following:

1. Save the document as an .rtf file.
2. Close the document.
3. Open the previously saved .rtf file.
4. Save it as a .doc file.

Now this .doc file can be opened an used as normal.
