If Adobe Acrobat 6 Standard or Professional is installed it will prevent the Reporter 7 toolbars from appearing in Word.

You can remove the Office components of Adobe 6 through Control Panel without affecting the functionality of Adobe. On the Start button, go to Control Panel and "Add remove Programs". Then find Adobe Acrobat and click Change. An Acrobat installation/modification procedure will start. Select wich Windows components should have PDF toolbutton installed. Office and Outlook should be excluded.

You can still create PDF files from Word by selecting "File --> Print" and choosing the Acrobat PDF Writer. Reporter also comes with its own built-in PDF converter.
