If you're using a network printer and the connection is unavailable, e.g. when you're using a laptop and you bring it out on the field, this problem might occur.
To solve this, run the attached file (R_8.2_HF1.msp) and follow the instructions.
If you still encounter this problem while the connection is unavailable, you need to set the default printer to a Windows standard printer.
To install a default printer
1. In the Windows Start menu, select Printers and Faxes.
2. Under Printer Tasks, click Add a printer to open the Add Printer Wizard, and then click Next.
3. Click Local printer attached to this computer, and then click next.
4. Windows will now search for a Plug and Play printer installed. If Windows fails to find a Plug and Play printer click next.
5. Use the Recommended Printer Port, and then click next.
6. Choose any of the printers in the list, and then click next.
7. Select Yes when prompted if you want to use this printer as the default printer, and then click next.
8. Select No when prompted to print a test page, and then click next.
9. Click Finish to install the printer.
