Reporter 8.0 and Reporter 8.1 come with different license keys, so if you try to apply a Reporter 8.0 license key on a Reporter 8.1 then you'll receive this error message.

Please contact your nearest FLIR sales office to receive a valid Reporter 8.1 license key.
