I have Win XP Pro with service pack 2 and Microsoft office 2003 SP3.

When I  load the Reporter 8.2 it brings up the install shield wizard and asks for language (English). When I clicks ok after a few seconds it comes back with a message “Your configuration is not up to date” It then says “Your configuration does not meet the mimimum requirements to install ThermaCam Reporter” I have latest updates so why doesn't it install?

 

ThermaCAM Reporter 8.2 does not work with Microsoft office 2003 SP3. it works only with Microsoft Office 2003 SP2

To work on Microsoft Office 2003 SP3 you will need to install FLIR Reporter 8.3.
