My web viewer does not show me a picture, only a white window.

Control buttons at the bottom of the white are missing, but Alarm and measurement informations to the right and underneath the image area are shown correctly. What can be wrong? All communication works fine with the camera and I can use the userweb. With the RTP player I get a image. I suspect something with java.

 

This is very likely because JRE (Java Runtime Environment) and/or JMF (Java Media Foundation) is not installed. Please read more about this in your A40 camera manual, chapter 7.2 Plugins, software libraries and test programs on the ThermoVision Tools & Utilities CD-ROM.
