Why do i get "Cannot create template preview"-message when i start the wizard and try to click on any template?

Solution for this problem is to uninstall Neevia's 'Document Creator v3.1' from ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS followed by installing it again from (Reporter 8.x CD\prerequisites\neevia\cr.exe).
