Why do I get several toolbars and menu items?

To solve this delete the file normal.dot, located in the default template directory. The default template directory is located here: C:\Documents and Settings\[user name] \Application Data\Microsoft\Templates

If this doesn't help the ThermaCAM.dot template might be corrupted. To recreate this file do the following:

  1. Start word and begin with an empty document.
  2. On the File menu, click Save As.
  3. In the Save as type box, click Document Template.
    • The default folder is the Templates folder in the Save in box. Change this folder to where ThermaCAM Reporter 7 is installed.
    • In the File name box, type ThermaCAM.dot for the new template, and then click Save.
