What is the camera evaluation program?

This article briefly describes our return policy, now in place of an evaluation program. 

We have discontinued our evaluation program. In its place, customers are able to return products within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

An RMA number is required for all returns and can be acquired by filling out the RMA Request form. See KB "How do I obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for a camera?" for more information on RMA requests.
