When started, FLIR Tools+/FLIR Report Studio will try to connect to the login web server to fetch the user's details.
If the connection fails due to proxy or firewall issues, then the login details will not be fetched from the server and cannot be stored. Hence, they will be requested on every login.
Please ask your IT Support to allow your firewall to permit the connection or address the proxy issues. If the problem still cannot resolve it, please contact our customer support to get an offline account
